...so I can get on with my day.
I woke up feeling whiny and with a migraine, I sweat myself awake several times last night, and my scale jumped up 3 pounds.
I have had a stressful school year (I teach E.C.) and I think much of my stress response is due to the wacko hormonal woman inhabiting my body! LOL
Today I woke up feeling like menopause is hard.
So I am going to drink lots of water today, go for a walk, and when I feel stressed I will take a deep breath and remember that there is nothing really wrong with my world in the present moment - my "hors" are moaning! no biggy! I will treat myself with gentleness.
The good news: I woke up and did my 12 sun salutations in spite of the headache!
