Getting through what is usually a sad day of the year for me....
Already did water aerobics, raked a bit, in the yard. Focus is now on...getting supper over and walking the trails with our Dog. It is a bit too hot now, so need to wait.

Got my exercise in..that was my main focus. Walk 68 min. with Hubby and the dog, through the snow with ski poles. It was tough walking, and I am glad, I did it.

My accomplishment (yesterday) was to make a crockpot chili (divided up in serving sized portions & put in the freezer); crocheted another pair of slipper socks for a project/cause that I'm making the socks for; walked the doggy walk; did NOT go over in my calories for once.

My new task is to concentrate on mindful eating. What does the food look like, taste like. How do I feel when I am eating, right after I eat and a couple hours after I eat. Was it what I wanted? Did it agree with me? Did I get energy or was I sluggish ater eating. Did it upset my stomach? I think this will help me to eat more slowly, get more satisfied with less food, and become more aware when I use food for emotional needs.
