My non-scale victories so far for the month....I'm sorry I'm not too religious in finding the time to post daily......I went in to the hospital on the 24th of March over our spring break; for update for the sleep study. The weight loss I have achieved thus far they got to reduce the air pressure by 10 points. So it's a positive I'm not stopping breathing as much as I was 2 years ago. The sleep study technician said they could have removed it completely but my oxygen levels are not where they need to be, they did come up when compared with the two year old report. So that's a positive. I'm mixing up some other exercises and stretches. I purchased the sit and fit DVD to help me increase my stamina. I'm getting outdoors more, yes, being careful not to wipe out on the ice patches. One foot in front of the other; working on seeing a little more less of me......stay focus!!! is the

Stay within the Spark tracker amounts - but sure stay at the lower end!! The more you can increase your exercise the more you can eat =- but its a slow process building up - it should be gentle and consistant. Tracking EVERYTHING you eat and staying in range will show results - but again - nothing is fast in weight loss (except putting weight on again ! LOL!!)
Everyone smiles in the same language.

We tend to think that we are doing great if the scales go down – but there are other things that are as important if not more important than the scales – these are what we call NSV (non-scale victories)
For many of us these are a necessary, though often forgotten important part of claiming backs our lives, and or freedom!! Things like being able to breathe better, wanting to do things we used to avoid, going to bed tired at night, getting a good night’s sleep and waking ready and eager for the next day. There are so many things you might notice are changing as you get fitter and more toned.
Let’s record these NSVs each week as we notice them, no matter how small - and let’s celebrate these as an important part of our journey.
Each week I want you to record the NSV’s that you have noticed that week Remember we are all different and we all have different bodies so this is NOT a competition – this is a celebration of progress on your journey to better health!!
