We tend to think that we are doing great if the scales go down – but there are other things that are as important if not more important than the scales – these are what we call NSV (non-scale victories)
For many of us these are a necessary, though often forgotten important part of claiming backs our lives, and or freedom!! Things like being able to breathe better, wanting to do things we used to avoid, going to bed tired at night, getting a good night’s sleep and waking ready and eager for the next day. There are so many things you might notice are changing as you get fitter and more toned.
Let’s record these NSVs each week as we notice them, no matter how small - and let’s celebrate these as an important part of our journey.
