I desperately need to put together a good strength training plan. I am 52 years old and have done a fair amount of strength but have never felt confident in putting together my own plan. I always have a nagging fear that I'm not doing something in the right order or am leaving something important out or some other detail. As I live in a small rural Honduran community, going to a gym or working with a personal trainer are not possibilities. I do have a small set of barbells and dumb bells, as well as an exercise ball. What should a good plan look like? Help, please!
