I have entered new territory, and would like some advice.
I am currently at my goal weight (!) for about 6 weeks.
I would like to add some muscle to my frame. This goal is partly aesthetic, but also health-related, as I know the natural tendency of our bodies is to lose muscle mass over time.

So, here are my questions:
My maintenance calorie level seems to be in the 1950 vicinity.
How many calories should I add?
What should the macronutrient breakdown be?
How should I change my workouts?
I had my success with weight loss doing P90X and P90X2, which both emphasize strength training. P90X2 in particular uses a lot of compound movements, which seem to elevate my heart rate. Will I build muscle if I do these same routines, but am eating in calorie surplus?
I have not been doing much cardio, and I have heard that cardio should be limited while building muscle, but I don't want to lose endurance.
Thanks!
