Spring is almost upon us and the minimal clothing season is not far behind it so time to get out of our comfort zones and kick it up a notch.
I suggest everyone add 10% to whatever they are currently using for resistance without worrying about repetitions per set. Instead of worrying about per set figure the total number of repetitions you want to do and do enough sets to get them all done.
For cardio try getting out on the road and do some fartlek workouts a couple of times a week.
