I can buy that. I just don't like how fat looks or feels. Especially on me. My "health" was always at the bottom of my list of reasons for wanting to stay lean.

Very interesting, but not surprising to me. I've known several people whose weight didn't meet the published healthy guidelines, yet are some of the fittest I know. Not to mention their cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, thyroid, etc levels are exceptionally. They're just larger structured people who don't fall into what's been deemed the norm.
