Well, I started this about 3 months ago, I think... been doing all the right stuff, but had been doing the 'gym thing' on all of the machines, and alternating between the weight machines and elliptical and stationary bike, and was basically spinning my wheels. The scale hadn't budged. Still hasn't!! So then I started doing the Sergeant Major's workouts... the routine that I have so fondly called "The Torture Track"... and all of a sudden I'm experiencing *SORENESS*!! The first time, I could hardly move when I got up the next morning. But I stuck with it, and it was easier to do the second time... and after a week and a half of squats and deadlifts and pushups, etc... I have lost a whole INCH off of my thighs!!
