At Borders yesterday I found a book which all personal trainers and women who are serious about strength training should add to their libraries. The book is "Anatomy for Strength and Fitness Training for Women" by Mark Vella published by McGraw Hill. The book has illustrations showing the muscles involved for a comprehensive selection of exercises.
