Thanks everyone for your encouraging words! I know it's been a little hard making time for it but now that I have been seeing results it will motivate me more. Can't wait for this month and see how much improvement I can make.
Patty- I do hope your back starts to feel better. What kind of stretches have you been doing for your back? Are you using your Essentrics workouts?
Kelly- I wish dh would go with me on walks, but I have the opposite problem you have. He wants to run not walk and I am so not ready to run. Mark is my baby and the weather in Kansas hasn't been the best to take him out on walks. It still gets cool and I don't want him to get a cold. I really want the weather to get nicer.
WTG Denise! You are motivating me to get my dvd out and do only what I can. Lower back is feeling much better but still have tight areas. I've been working on flexibility this past week. I have to get past that I'm gonna work out this tightness in 1 or 2 sessions. Just gotta keep at it. I'm getting over the fear of injuring it again. patty
Good for you Denise! I love the workouts. I found that I wanted some cardio added to it just to round everything out. I'm jealous you have someone to walk with. DH will walk with me but he walks so slow I have to lap him just to get in a decent workout. LOL

Well this past week I decided that I was going to do a P57 rotation. I am already seeing good results. I rotated the Classical and Express workouts only everyday. I am already seeing a little more definition in my legs and arms. I also have noticed that my flexibility is improving. I have lost a couple of pounds this week which I think is great because other than not drinking soda I didn't really change my eating habits maybe if I had I would of seen a bigger drop.
I'm still planning to keep rotating these two workouts for this coming week and maybe add cardio if I have the time. The weather is getting a lot nicer so I can start taking Mark on walks with me. I'm taking it slow, I don't want to do too much and fall off the wagon.
