Like Paul, I find I log into Spark far less often these days because this is really the only group I do visit and as I just chunter on making my kefir and kombucha there isn't the need. Luckily so far all is working well. If any one needs help do send me a message - and I shall probably immediately ask Paul for help! - I think spark messages are linked to my normal email so even if I don't log in I should know if someone has contacted me.

It is certainly the links and recipes on kkafof which are so useful and also to know that even if my family think I am crazy there are lovely people out there who also like and appreciate kombucha, kefir and other delicious ferments.

Hey Paul, new to fermenting and just got my first milk kefir grains yesterday. What facebook pages are you referring to for fermenting and the like?

Hello everyone.
Well, I realised today that I haven't logged into Sparkpeople for nearly a week, and when I did, the KK&FF pages were unchanged! I don't know about you, but the only reason I visit Sparkpeople nowadays is to check this team and answer any queries or add my opinion to posts. I am still an enthusiastic KT and MK fermenter, but my needs are few. Also, I am more active on Facebook, where the discussion on Fermentation is spread a lot wider, with many specialist groups and pages in existence.
So, if you're new to the group, or visiting after a break, then don't worry, I am not about to close the group down, but I will be here much less, I feel. It still stands as a fabulous archive of articles and advice and, as such, will remain.
As ever, please feel free to post. If you'd like to become a team leader on the group, let me or Anthea know and we'll add you.
