Two months until we welcome in a new year. My healthy choices have been inconsistent, but there is no better day than today to correct my bad habits.
I have been working out consistently ( everyday) for over 2 weeks. I am not running races, but I am moving, and I can even feel the slack in my clothes.
My personal goal to count down to 2012 is to incorporate healthy habits on a consistent basis!
