I am here, but with an extremely busy life...I am writing my Master's Program Thesis, and it is consuming my life. Yet, One look in the mirror a few weeks ago, made me acknowledge that I need to get moving and to recommit to Spark.
I started a personal challenge and I was sure it would work, but I am happy to say little step really matter.
Here is what I am doing: I am calling it "THREE FOR ME!
Every day I set out to do 3 healthy options. These options must be in the form of food, emotions and workout.
The goal is to select 3 changes a day in each of the 3 categories.
Food: Drink more water, drink green tea, eat fruits, eat vegetables, eat fibber, some days I will reduce sugar, reduce carbohydrates or simply find a new healthy recipe.
Emotion: Tell myself something positive, speak positive to and about others, quiet my mind for 3 minutes, set a goal, smile, laugh, help someone, and know that all is well!
Workout: Commit to working out each day even if it is only a three minute interval. Some days I only get in 3 minutes and standing abs for 3 minutes is helping me to reduce inches, jumping jacks, running in place and stretches for 3 minutes is making a difference.
I am not online every day, but I will be posting updates, and I am committed to "Three for Me"! Feel free to join me or simply post recommendations or tell the team what you are doing for your health!
