I hadnt thought about logging the ones online to see how the nutrion works out.. Good Call... I do not use the recipes from here but i have alot of recipes that i look at to make my meal plan then i go from there... Usually i will look up nutrition on a bunch of different sites. I am now planning on using spark recipes to build my own... Hope you are having a good day

What I have found to be extremely helpful besides logging my food intake using the nutrition tracker is going to sparkrecipes.com and putting in the recipes that I usually cook for me and my family. That way I can still have regular food even if I have to tweak the recipes a little bit.
This way I don't feel deprived at all.

I've been doing Slimfast for a the last couple of weeks. I've lost some weight, but I think I'm not eating enough and I'm a little tired of just drinking shakes. I was wondering if any of you are following the Spark plan and have you had any success with it? If you're not following it, what are you following?
