I am very happy with my progress. I weighed in this morning and was down 1 pound. I dont know how I did it because i ate heavy all week long but I did it. I even put on a shirt today that use to be to tight and it not only fit I had lots of room in it, it felt great. I want to be down 8 more pounds by my birthday 1/26. So back to work I go. Hopefully I can do it

As i havent gained or lost in a few weeks, I have to say that I am feeling amazing! I have eaten so well the last few days that its scary...lol. i think its about that time that my brain has finally flipped the switch into working with me in this battle. We will have to see. I am very happy!! Two pounds gone this week!! I was at a standstill for some time (fighting new meds that didn't help). But, I have stuck with it and finally had a breakthrough!! Hopefully, I can lose the last 3....then re-evaluate to see if I want to go 5 more or not. I will definately be hitting the after Christmas sales!! I NEED NEW CLOTHES!!

Great job everyone! I have been right about the same 135lbs. Today's weigh in was 136, but I am okay with that for right now. I have been sick for 2 weeks, & hadn't exercised for atleast that long. I just went back to the gym last night, & am back to my healthier eating, so I am back on track.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to say to those who are continuing to lose a little every week. It is hard to not be upset if you have a few bad weeks but just try to realize that it slowly adds up and I truly believe that if you lose the weight slowly and safely, it will have more of a chance to stay off you. lol!!
I've been on here for almost 2 years now. I started ironically the day after Thanksgiving 2007. I just felt so big at the family lunch that I didn't wanna ever look like that again.
I had a little slip the past couple months but I'm back to stay. I was just not getting in my veggies and water like I was so good in doing and basically eating lots of junk although I walk a lot daily at work didn't help.
I was 242 in Thanksgiving 2007 and presently I'm 193. A couple of months ago I was 180 but no biggie! I'll get back there and more. I really want get into the 160's eventually but with time I know it will happen.
Way to go ladies again and I'm so glad to have a SP Team like this. We can do this and we will!!!

......UGH OMG I am so upset I had three hour long workouts last week. I was able to run on the treadmill for the first time in my life and, I also did one 45 minute tae kwon doe session last week and when i weighed in this morning I was up 3 pounds I am so ready to give up but i know that is just the devil in my ear. off to the gym again but not very happy with myself.

A bit disappointed - I'm only down 1 pound in the last month. I have added quite a bit of noticeable muscle tone, though, and my DH thinks I look great! I'm feeling energetic and full of life, so that's my motivation to keep going!

I managed to get back on track with a loss of 2.6 pounds this week. I just tracked my foot and tried to watch what I ate. No workouts for me last week. I just couldn't fit it in.

It has been a so-so week for me. I am down a pound which is great, but have been sick with bronchitis and another infection so haven't done much of anything but sleep. Met my goal of no chips etc for seven days. Yeah. Only managed five of the seven days for walking every day and four days of spending 30 minutes on my room. But, today is the start of a new week and hopefully, once the antibiotics kick in, I will start to feel like doing something again.

I've had the flu. Don't know if its THE flu, but down and out none the less. I haven't been to the gym in over a week. I get too short of breath too easy....coughing fits, runny nose now.... waahhh. My scale hasn't moved..... (could be the bite sized Halloween candy...) :) as soon as I am able, I am back on track!
To lose weight is simple but not easy.

Yesterday was my official weigh in day, and well, I am 1 pound away from getting back to where I was when I started back sliding...... I hope to have that gone by next week. We are starting another biggest looser at work, and hopefully it will help me get a move on. I think I have more motivation this time. I am actually seeing where I want to go, and am ready to work twards it.....

I lost 1.2 pounds and am pleased with that result. I didn't exactly achieve my goal because instead of running 3x and walking once I ended up running 4x this week. The major milestone was I did weight training 2x which I've always struggled with in the past. I aim to run 3x this week and get 2 weight sessions in as well! Good luck everyone with week 2!

.I gained, so not a very good day. I was unable to exercise because I threw my back out on Wed. and ate whatever. Next week should be better. I sent them to buy fruits and veggies to easily eat since I can't sit at all, just lay and stay off my feet.

I have made our goal of lossing at least one pound the first week of November. I lost 7 pounds this week off to give 7 spark goodies to friends. Best weight loss in quit a long time. steph
