When it gets tough, what do you do mentally or physically to make it to the finish line? Sometimes I like to pretend that I am in a much longer race than what it really is. That might sound weird, but actually it helps because I tell myself I'm no where near finished, even if I'm past halfway....then when I actually am finished, it didn't seem to take that long. This helps me pace myself too because if I think I have a LONG way to go, I don't try to go to fast and over-do it.
