A long time ago (in a galazy far away ;D) I read an article somewhere that said breathing out of pursed (SP?) lips will do the trick. I do it, not stitches. I don't do it, stitches. I'm not sure if it really works or if it's just mental for me since I read the article. Give it a shot and let m know if it works for you!

I have been running seriously for about three years now, and have been plagued with a side stitch in my right side throughout. Any suggestions on how to prevent these? They have been particularly painful lately.
