I'm back after being gone for two years. I had gotten down to 167 last time, then life became very stressful and I shot back up to 240. Now I've been working on getting in better shape again for 3 weeks, and am already down 16lbs due to hard work with lots of exercise and eating right within my calorie range. I hope this time to get down to my goal weight of 140 and to say on track. I've made some changes from what I did last time and it should be easier this time to stick with it because the changesare more realistic.
