I've been attempting to drink more water and for the first time {in a long time} when I got home from work last night - instead of reaching for a soda - my body wanted water instead! I didn't want something that sweet! Yahooooo for H2O! Keep up the great work everyone!

Attribute a lot of what weight I have lost (20 lbs in the last about 3 mo) to MORE WATER! Never really drank it much before (mostly DR. PEPPERS and iced tea) But I manage to get in 68 oz each day which is 12 cups.. does anyone else notice another perk from water, nicer skin?

2+ quarts so far today. I owe being able to drink a lot of water to my Dad's rule a few years ago that you have to drink a certain amount of water to get dessert on Saturday. Boy, that got us going! That's not the only day we have dessert, but it sure motivated us!

I had 11 glasses yesterday. My goal is 8. The way I achieve this, is I have three 25 oz stainless water cans that I fill up and take to work with me. (I do this because the water at work tastes horrible!) I stop and get a Coke Zero at Sonic on the way in, and reuse the cup all day. We have an ice machine (pleasant surprise), so that I can replenish my ice. At the end of the day, I've had 75 oz of water (plus the ice that melted), so my 8 glass goal is met. I have one glass with dinner after I get home, before we go work out. Then I drink roughly one more while working out.
I will say, it's more of a challenge to get my water in on weekends.
