I started taking an AB-Blast Class a month ago and I went out and purchased a palates ball. I have been following the DVD that came with it and I have to say I am much more limber LOL

I had a bunch of errands to run yesterday and since it was so nice I out I rode my bike instead of taking the car. This was a nice addition to my regualr forty minutes of cardio and it was so nice out I hardly noticed how far I went or how long I had been gone!!!

Salut - Hi,
Today went walking along the beach on the Gaspé Coast (Québec Canada) and watched the seals on the ice and in the bay.
Aujourd'hui j'ai marché le long de la plage en Gaspésie est j'ai observé les phoques dans la mer et sur les banquisse de glace.
La vie est belle...Life is beautiful!!!!

I brushed the snow off of three cars and looked really darn cute in my workout shorts and a sweat shirt!!! Its 40 minutes of pure torture on the elliptical. followed by a cool down walk with a friend

I walked 5k (3.1m) on the Treadmill.

My long term goal as I shed these pounds is to run a 5k, so I'm starting with walking and trying to shave some time off each time. I did it for the first time a couple weeks ago and took 61min...today I took 58:20, so - that's the progress from sedentary to doing workout videos at home 4x/week for two weeks. I'm going to try to walk 3 days a week and aim to shave some seconds off each time.

Impressed by the hour of yoga. I know its a wonderful exercise and my daughter swears by it. I just can't get past the point of looking ridiculous while I'm trying to stay in the pose and my balance stinks...even the Wii Fit tells me that.

10 minutes on the blocks. I can't afford exercise equipment, so I dragged a couple of cinder blocks into the house. I use them like a step. (They're side-by-side not stacked.) It was fun to work out to the Vienna Philharmonic. I'll do that intermittently throughout the day. Right now I'm getting ready to go for a brisk, mostly uphill walk, probably around 30 minutes.

I walked for 15 minutes, and did some cleaning/laundry. Not a 'heavy' exercise day, as I had a long day yesterday (company party--LOTS of dancing!) and actually am SORE from all the dancing I did. LOL.
