I know exactly what you're talking about. Had 8 weeks to study for my GMAT for business school admits and went off plan. Now I get to basically start over. I wish now I would have at least maintained the weight. Now I get to lose pounds I already lost once. Oh well..

Wow! I hae so been there...I would munch too but I worked really hard at the grocery store not to have high calorie munchies in my house. That way I could munch and not feel quite so bad about it. emoticon

The stress of grad school and planning my wedding is really getting to me lately which is making my eating and working out habits not so great. I have to be careful not to munch when I am up late studying and that has been a struggle for me.

recovering from a sm stroke on Thurs. tried to do the Wii golf with my hubbie. Not very good score, but was better than sitting on sofa. I can't type without making many mistakes, but need to use my brain and the weak left side. glad to have this site...

great day. did our first yard work. I spent 1 1/2 hrs. raking leaves from the flower beds out front and getting ready for the spring bulbs to take off.
also spent 1 1/2 hrs. working on my side of the walk-in closet. finally tossed a lot of stuff !! I am getting new, rather it ends up smaller sizer or what.
We are making a fun trip later in the season.

Went hiking with my roommate yesterday and I have a ballet class tonight. It is so nice to not be sick so I can work out again.

Still here and excited. Weighed in for week 1 of Boot Camp. Please go to my blog when you have a moment.... I posted pics, and I think I can see a difference in my waist and hips, but I'd like to know if it's just my imagination or if others can see it.

I'm still here! Good day today, but my hamstrings are really sore from yesterday's bootcamp workout!!!

I am really looking forward to weighing in on Sunday, as I think the number will be good. Overall, it's been a kick-butt week!

I started a new weight lifting class Monday and can feel it. I also went to my first spin class Tuesday night so I'm doing good. I'm hungry a lot. I went over a little on calories yesterday but at least I overate healthy food.

I've been so busy running errands that I have had a chance to sit down. I forgot to take back the DVD to the redbox so I have to go back out. I made some meatball stew this morning and it smells so good. So I'm waiting patiently for dinner. LOL!

Christmas vacation was not good for me. I ended up not having much time for working out and then I got sick. I am still sick, but am on the road to recovery. Hopefully by the weekend I can get a good workout in and start off next week with a better outlook.

I'm still here, although I had a really tough day yesterday.

First day back to work after a two week vaca. And, I had a mamogram at 7:00 am, before the start of my workday.

So, my day went something like this....

Up at 5:00 am
Packed lunch, gym bag and work bag
Packed up laptop
Three trips to the car to load it up.
In my jogsuit and off to the hospital at 6:30 am
Mamogram --- ouch! (a man must have invented this method of testing)
To the gym -- 8:00 am
1 Hour Elliptical Trainer Workout
Shower/Dress - 9:00 am
Off to an appointment, outside office 10:00 - 12:30 pm
To office, 1:00 pm - ate lunch and returned calls
2:00 pm - prepare for client appointment
3:30 pm - drive 45 min to appt
6:00 pm - leave 1st client to drive 1 hour to second client
7:30 pm - Dinner with 2nd Client - Cheated and ate White table bread and two glasses of white wine ... uggg. Otherwise ok --- had shrimp & Salad.
9:00 pm - still talking with prospective client and very tired
10:00 pm - splitting headache, attempting to end dinner with prospective client
11:00 pm - finally home, collapsed into bed with headache and thoroughly exhausted....

never did my BootCamp exercise.... that sucks.

Today, I will do yesterday and today's bootcamp. and I'm still planning on hitting the gym.

I'm not planning to be in the office until 12 noon, but I have a ton of things to do around the house before I leave

I feel overwhelmed, and I hope that I can get my act together.

checking in!

did alright with the In N Out stop, looked at the calories ahead of time, the hamburger protein style (without buns) is 240 calories, so I allowed myself one ....

it was just right, I was perfectly satisified by it..and a small ice tea. (the french fries were not even a temptation)

but got a bit of heartburn after. I am not allowing myself beef and pork during this phase of my lifestyle change, so, I'm thinking my tummy did not like digesting it???

emoticon everyone is doing so good!

Yesterday was good up until around 10:00. I sent hubby out for candy!! Not a good idea. I ate it and some cookies, nuts, and chips. Oh No!! I need to take control! It's all about control today.

I did great today. I started out with a new "Women and Weights" class this morning at the Y. I couldn't use as heavy of weights for the triceps kickback as the other women but CAN do 2 sets of 10 with good form with 5# weights. Gotta start somewhere.
I went back in the evening for a spinning class. WooHoo! I loved it. I did not know there would be so much bouncing, though. So I better order a good sports bra.
I also kept within calorie limits. That included going out to Panera with my son. I planned in advance what to order.
All is going well!!
