I didn't break my tail bone, but my back went out last week & I've had a broken tail bone. I know how painful exercise can be when you hurt. Try gentle yoga stretches & walk if you can. But get your doctors approval first to make sure it's okay before you do something that might aggravate your injury.

Ok so I broke my tailbone the 15th and have not worked out since....I am in so much pain but I need to get moving, I think it will help. Any suggestions on what I can do? Im thinking upper body maybe.
