It's a new year and time to start over and JUST DO IT!
You already have gotten started again by being here and reaching out. Congratulations!! It is hard, but SO worth it.
You also already know what to do that you are asking about workouts. It is SO important to exercise. And I am sure you already know that if you work out, you will feel better. The working out helps your mind AND your body.
I agree that walking is a great start. I love to swim and it's easy on the joints. I also like the eliptical, which is not coincidentally easy on the joints. It's also good to do some weight training (even with 3-5 pound weights) as building muscle will help burn calories.
Keep it up!
Hi Kayla Walking is always a great way to get back to the basics again I can't even remember how many times I've started over
I have found joining in on ateam challenge has helped me get back in the right direction

Okay, so I've been off the wagon the past couple of months as I've been dealing with depression. My weight gain isn't helping and I know I'm probably not the only one out there having things going on.
So what would you suggest to someone getting started again?
Such as workouts wise. I'm not in the best of shape and I literally have not done a single workout since June.
So, any ideas??
