HOW IS YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY GOING? MINE WAS OFF TO A SLOW YOYO START !!! FOR THE LAST FIVE MONTHS I'VE BEEN WORKING OUT AT ANYTIME FITNESS AND FOR THE PAST YEAR I'VE ONLY LOST 13 LBS (7 AND 1/2 INCHES) AND ONE DRESS SIZE. I KNOW I CAN DO BETTER SO I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!! I'M TAKING IT SLOW AND EASY AFTERALL I DIDN'T PUT THIS WEIGHT ON OVER NIGHT !!!

I COMPLETED MY FIRST 5K WALK ON 22 MAY 2010 IN 60 MIN. IT WAS A SWEET TASTE OF SUCCESS FOR ME (NON-CALORIC!)
I COMPLETED MY 2ND 5K WALK ON SATURDAY 20 NOVEMBER 2010 IT WAS GREAT !!! WOOHOO !!!

Fast Break goals include;
Keeping a food Journal (Using Spark Nutrition page)
Getting back into the gym before work routine...
Keeping active at home so I dont sit around and get the munchies.
I make it to the gym 4x last week shooting for 5x this week

Other goals I have for myself aswell as my FB ones include:

Getting into a better sleep routine, my body clock is very confused at the moment!

Revise sensibly and don't overwork myself (I have 3 exams next week!)

Do 15mins yoga 3-4 times a week

I have ME so I have to plan my life around how much my body will let me do, but hopefully, once my exams are over my time can be a little less stressfull!

Hi all!

My fastbreak goals are:

-Keep a food journal to assess my current intake
-Go to the gym 3x/week initially..then 4-5x week
-Drink water..period..I don't drink enough water
-Make healthy food choices
-Keep my eyes on the prize! emoticon

- run at least 4 days a week
- juggle every day
- read every day from my stack of important books that I need to read
- drink enough water
- eat regularly

they might not look like very ambitious goals but I am a self-diagnosed water resister... I can go days without eating if I forget to (this may SOUND good, but it leads to energy crashing followed by days of eating to extremes!)also I'm learning to juggle 5 balls for my work, which is quite a task let me tell you, and I will need all my determination to get the hang of it if I don't want it to take years!

To add the weight tracker on the bottom go to your home page and look on the right click on EDIT page then go all the way to the bottom and you will find where to do the ticker for weight and then don't forget to go down further and SAVE your changes! Wha la you have a weight ticker too!!

Hi Everyone!

I'm new to Spark also. My goals are:
-exercise 3-4 times a week, 60 minutes of cardio each time
-lose and keep off 15 pounds/tone my thighs
-eat smaller portions and limit my sweet intake!
-I want to add one of those weight tracker things too...anyhow, i started 8 days ago at 164.2 and am now 162.2

Hi, I'm pretty new at all this. My FB Goals are

1. Drink 8 glasses water a day
2. Eat 2 fruit/veggies a day
3. Write in my journal everyday

So far so good, but I need a pair of scales!!! joined up to sparkpeople when the doctor weighed me last week so I don't know if I've lost or gained! MUST BUY SOME SCALES!!!!
