I just placed dinner in the oven.
Oven roasted herb chicken with oven roasted veggies.
I stuffed fresh sage and rosemary under the skin and rubbed the chicken with a teaspoon of olive oil. I then sprinkled on a little kosher salt, fresh cracked black pepper, garlic salt and celery seed powder.
I cleaned a 1/2 pound Brussels sprouts; 1 red pepper; fresh broccoli crowns and tossed them with fresh chopped sage, kosher salt and pepper.
Everything went into a 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
