I had 2 oz of leftover lamb with a tsp of mint jelly, 2 oz of grouper almondine (leftover), 1/2 large baked potato with 1 TBSP of sour cream, and a pat of butter, 1 cup of mixed frozen cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, 1/2 cup yogurt and pineapple mixed, and coffee with a tsp of creamer. Delicious! (I eat at at my second shift job).
I will have a bowl of soup that I just finished. broccoli, cauliflower, celery, chicken with chicken broth. Two pieces whole wheat bread, 1 cup skim milk. Bunny

Oven roasted herb chicken with oven roasted veggies.
I stuffed fresh sage and rosemary under the skin and rubbed the chicken with a teaspoon of olive oil. I then sprinkled on a little kosher salt, fresh cracked black pepper, garlic salt and celery seed powder.
I cleaned a 1/2 pound Brussels sprouts; 1 red pepper; fresh broccoli crowns and tossed them with fresh chopped sage, kosher salt and pepper.
Everything went into a 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
