i use the bullett. one frozen banana, 3 pieces frozen pinapple, vanilla, tablespoon coco powder 3 ice cubes, touch of honey. half cup of milk. makes a great low fat shake.

Wow great ideas and links.

There are some great blogs out there.

I live in the UK so N. American staples like pudding mixes especially instant and sugar free are not to be found. Unless that's what Angel Delight is. I've lived here 10 years now and had an eel pie - but can't bring myself to try AD yet.

So the links to homemade foods are great. There's even a section on how to make your own coconut milk. Hmm..sounds really simple who knew!

For now, I've decided to do something with cantaloupe and mint. I'm experimenting - if it turns out okay, I'll share.

Always up for ideas though so keep em coming.

Could you use a regular ice cream recipe and sub coconut milk?

I have an ice cream machine that is still in storage. By the time I get it to my new apartment the summer will be over.... But I like the cool treats all year long, lol
