Hi again - so pleased with another successful diet day!!!! I seem to be able to keep within all my nutrition goals but I always seem to go under my goal for fat. Should I eat more fat ? It just doesnt feel right!
About the weather there is no snow in this area of Spain its been warm and sunny for over a week now!!!
I'm happy to hear you are making progress. It is all about logging your food and portion control and you can eat just about anything. I have managed to drop a couple pounds.
I live in the Chehalis Valley in SW Washington State. At the moment we are having more snow. Last night it warmed up and the snow on the ground melted and today was supposed to be the turning point and warming up and no more snow. Well, the weatherman is wrong. I think I will just stay home until April!! LoL I'm scheduled to have an indoor yardsale at the building a mile down the road but now I have decided to cancel for this month. I live in a huge apartment complex and have to park in the upper lot. Well, when it gets cold and icy, our parking lot is a skating rink so forget trying to walk to my car. It isn't worth taking a chance of falling and breaking something.
Updated weather: one to two inches today and more tomorrow so I will be baking banana bread to share with residents. The men love it and are so grateful for home baked goodies.

Morning Team - thanks for your welcome messages, it certainly is nice to see such friendly fellow dieters! It's been three weeks that I joined the Spark and I'm really down to business now! Weekends are the worst for me when I am at home and turn to mindless eating - but by tracking everything you eat you have total control! I even allow myself a chocolate treat on Sundays which I count into my calories and the feel good factor this morning of keeping in control all weekend rather than out of control is great! 'Adios' for now from sunny Spain!
