You are correct on all counts and it is a creamy goat cheese. The pizza is great. It is made with bottled pizza sauce mixed with diced sun dried tomatoes and a bit of crushed red pepper over a boboli crust then add caramelized onions, and crumbled goat cheese.

Not sure what Chreve cheese tastes like, but the pizza sounds good! (by the way-isn't it Chevre? And now that I think about it..it's kind of like goat cheese?

I don't know about today..it's too hot to cook!

Um lets see... last night was stir fry and jasmine rice. I think tonight might be Hamburgers on those cool 100 calorie Orowheat sandwich thins.

Relax TX_3XDAD!It's not a competition! It's just a general question, and alot of times it works out as a good exchange of ideas!

Don't know what we are doing tonight..J didn't think it was too windy to grill last night, but we ended up being out of propane. Maybe a garlicky sautéed shrimp and asparagus over pasta, roasted garlic garlic bread and salad. That means Curves AND a walk for me today!

Broiled pork steaks (supposed to be grilled but too windy), skillet fried potatoes with onions & peppers, fresh asparagus sautéed with lots of garlic. Was going to bake an Artisan bread loaf but not enough time now..
