Last night was pan fried trout and black bean and corn relish. Yum! I wish I could allow myself to eat more, but I remember when the kids were little they'd just say "Make this dinner again!" A great idea!

Tuesday I made spaghetti and meatballs, though my husband won't eat meatballs. Or marinara sauce except when it comes from a jar, and I won't have that crap in my house. Wednesday night I made pasties out of leftover beef stew, and last night was a pasta, ham, basil and tomato bake.

My shopping list is ready for the weekend, so off to shop before it gets too hot.

Chopping up peppers, onions and mushrooms for steak fajitas tonight. Quinoa instead of tortillas and sliced tomatoes and onions over arugula with balsamic vinaigrette.

My new 10 day challenge. 7/22 to 7/31. Include squats and the superman exercise for 8 days out of the ten. On the treadmill do 10 minutes of each workout at an incline.

Exercise 5 days a week for at least 20 minutes.
Strength training at least twice a week each for upper, lower and core.
After too many snacks tonight, no food after 8:00 PM as of 6/18.
Keep cholesterol under 100mg and sodium under 1200mg daily.
