Perhaps its a good time to rev up the daily - who's here - what's up?
It's a beautiful day and I am going to get out with some head phones and take a brisk but short walk - 20 mins...nursing my knee - overuse from a racquet sport. Then, I am going to do a series of ab exercises - only about 6 mins....and take my 5lb weights and do a series 2x through, arms/shoulders.
