Perhaps its a good time to rev up the daily - who's here - what's up?
It's a beautiful day and I am going to get out with some head phones and take a brisk but short walk - 20 mins...nursing my knee - overuse from a racquet sport. Then, I am going to do a series of ab exercises - only about 6 mins....and take my 5lb weights and do a series 2x through, arms/shoulders.

I would like to propose hosting a healthy potluck dinner some evening (or maybe linner on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon). Let me know if you are game. I would make soup and provide bread and seltzer. People would bring whatever they wanted to add.

I've become the admin for this group and want to know who's still here and who's working at staying fit. I'm interested in knowing what your thoughts are on getting together somewhere in the city for a walk and a chat.
I have a few ideas, but I want to ensure my thoughts aren't just hitting air and landing nowhere.
