I went with a sister (in the Philippines). She had a big umbrella, just popped over to a quiet place and hid behind the umbrella. No-one even knew what she was doing. I guess it would only work in the Philippines, however we have very friendly householders here. Almost everyone invites us in, so we just ask to use their CR as they call it here (comfort room).

I have a 32-oz bottle of water that I take with me wherever we go. Usually I can finish that by lunchtime by sipping between doors. Then I refill it at lunchtime. Regarding food for lunch, we pack leftovers from dinner the night before. Actually, we pack the next day's lunches while putting the food away from dinner. Hope that helps you. It works for me because I have more control over my diet and my budget.

What does everyone do to meet their water goals for the day? I see no problem if working in town but when in the rural & no bathroom nearby that could present a challenge. For years, fast food has been break or lunch time. No more! What do you all do for Breaks or lunch?
