I have a hard time too waking up early to do the rest workouts, stretching workouts, or yoga. I end up yawning the whole time! This is bad, but a lot of times I'll just do some type of cardio that morning, then later slip the stretching in... It gives me an opportunity to do some of the my other DVDs that have been sitting on the shelf while I'm doing a certain program... I do take some rest days, but those are built in around my on-call days when I'm on call for work for 16 hours...

I feel like that too. I always try to move a little, but to give my body a rest from the insane intensity of insanity. My bigger problem is that I have a hard time waking up in the morning just to do the recovery workout. I sort of feel that it wasn't worth waking up early for. I know that it's important, but I'd rather do a "real" workout.
