Yeah I'm just going to remeasure myself every week. I'm doing better with the workouts but it definitely isn't fun. Ugh I just want to improve my body but these work outs are so grooling.

SIMPLE-DIMPLES- Have you been measuring yourself. I wonder if you are gaining muscle is the reason why you see a gain in weight. Muscle weighs more than fat so you may not need to be using the scale. I have been trying not to look at the scale and just measure myself with my measuring tape and I have lost about a 1/2 inch just this week.

I make the meals and take them with me to work but I'm finding it difficult to eat all the meals. I didn't eat the dinners this week bc we pick steak potato n broccoli. We work out at night and well when I did it the first two days my stomach killed me. I have been eating a slice of toast n peanut butter. I haven't lost any ounces but I noticed I gained 2 pounds since Monday. I don't get that especially if I'm eating around 1200-1300, exercising like crazy, and eating still whats on the plan.

I read the meal plan and followed the idea but make what works with my schedule. I stick to 5 meals a day all around 300 calories. I make sure to have something with whole grain, a protein, and fruit or veggie. Last week i lost quite a bit of weight. This week i lost none so i cut back to 1200 calories. Each person is different. I think 1200 with insanity probably isnt good for everyone. I know my body and know to kick it back up if i am not getting enough.

I was wondering if you all were following the insanity meal plan and if so is it going along ok with sparkspeople. I am having a problem keeping within my calorie range trying to eat the 5 meals per day. I am trying to eat whole grains, fruits, veggies. I have ate very minimal junk or fast food. If I do eat fast food it has been subway most of the time. If we order out when I do work at a doctors office I usually order chicken salad or chicken wrap, whatever seems the leanest on the menu.
I was also wondering if it is ok to be eating more calories due to the hard strenuous exercise of insanity.
I would take any advice from some of you who have been there and done that.
Thanks ahead of time.
