I was wondering if you all were following the insanity meal plan and if so is it going along ok with sparkspeople. I am having a problem keeping within my calorie range trying to eat the 5 meals per day. I am trying to eat whole grains, fruits, veggies. I have ate very minimal junk or fast food. If I do eat fast food it has been subway most of the time. If we order out when I do work at a doctors office I usually order chicken salad or chicken wrap, whatever seems the leanest on the menu.
I was also wondering if it is ok to be eating more calories due to the hard strenuous exercise of insanity.
I would take any advice from some of you who have been there and done that.
