I'm sorry to hear that you're injured! Definitely take it easy. Perhaps take some rest days and jump back into week 2 when you feel better??? You don't want to push yourself too hard and risk injuring yourself more!

Ok so I started doing INSANITY and i hurt my ANKLE! I feel like crap now! I was in my 2nd week of doing INSANITY and i was really excited to do it today and this happens. What should i do for excercise now? What are good leg excercise without hurting my ankle any further?
