Sorry to hear. how bad is it? hopefully it is just a couple days of ice and staying off it and you can start right back where you left off. take care and do not push it, it might make it worse

I understand - but think about it this way, allowing yourself to rest and heal will allow you to fully ROCK Insanity when you jump back into it! Stay positive and you'll do great! I know it!

Aww thank you! I probably should rest it out. Sucks though, because i was doing such a great job with INSANITY. Oh well, hopefully i'll get back to it soon!

I'm sorry to hear that you're injured! Definitely take it easy. Perhaps take some rest days and jump back into week 2 when you feel better??? You don't want to push yourself too hard and risk injuring yourself more!

Ok so I started doing INSANITY and i hurt my ANKLE! I feel like crap now! I was in my 2nd week of doing INSANITY and i was really excited to do it today and this happens. What should i do for excercise now? What are good leg excercise without hurting my ankle any further?
