Hey there - I'm happy to help clarify for you. First of all, you're doing something right if you're losing inches - this means you're building muscle, so celebrate that success. When I did Insanity I only lost about 5 pounds, but I dropped a whole pant size - so I had a similar experience
Since everyone is different, I can't make a general answer for what other people are doing on the program, so I have to ask you some questions first. How many calories are you currently eating? Are you noticing that you're getting tired regularly, or are you only wanting to adjust your calories to see a drop on the scale?
