You amount of calories that you burn will fluctuate. Some days you are going to hit it harder. For me the best thing to do was to invest in a heart rate monitor. I have the workouts saved in my favorites and I input the calories burned and minutes each time.

I started off doing what SORLANDO21 does, and chose "High Impact Aerobics" when I logged it. A couple of weeks ago, I started using a heart monitor which tracks my calories burned, so I now create a custom each time.

I log it as high impact aerobics. on average it is what my body bugg shows me burning. Sometimes I burn less if my energy is low, sometimes i burn a lot more if I am really crazy with it. But its a good average i think.
