My goal size is 10. I am thinking I would be happy in a 12 though.

It took more than a day to put it on. It will take more than a day to take it off. MOVE.

6 months from now you're not going to remember how that food tasted; 6 months from now you will be able to see results

I recently shopped at Chico's and loved it when they said I was a size "2" ! I am currently in a size 40(mg) BP med and want to first go to size 20(mg) then 0. My NP said if I don't lose wt. I will have to add on more BP meds and as an RN, I know the drill. My motivation is size 'feel good' in swimsuit, jeans and little black dress.

That is a good question. Would love to be a size 12.
But, I know that won't happen this year. Maybe a 16 to smaller if I can.

This was a tough question for me. At one time I had size 16 through 22 in my closet, and they all fit! The 16 was a very expensive suit- and the 22 was from Walmart. So I can't really say what size. My immediate goal is to get down to 200 lbs, and take whatever size and shape that gives me. Then I will re-goal and maybe pick a size.

FAB 4
1. What is the one thing I need to achieve today?
2. What is the one think I want to accomplish/achieve this week?
3. What is the one thing that is important to me today?
4. What can I do to always remain calm?

I would definitely love to drop down from a size 12-14 in pants to a size 4-6. I would be ecstatic with my results. As long as I stay motivated, I can make this goal possible. Just like any one of you looking to do the sane. I have so many weight goals and visions for where id like to be weight wise. I just have to keep motivated, after all this is only day 1 for me. Keep in touch would love to hear from some of you.

4/6 in pants. I am currently wearing mostly a 6/8 (4 in jackets). I want to fit into the 2 pairs of vintage size 6 Nicole Miller pants that are currently in a drawer waiting for me. I haven't been this size since I was a teen (3 years ago I could barely squeeze into a 24). Very exciting!

I realistically would like to be a size 12. At a size 10 my hip bones stick out, ribs can be seen, and have been told I look like walking death by a health professional. (I am large boned in lower body). So 150ish and size 12 is my goal. Last weigh in was 244 Down slowly from 287 last April 2013. emoticon

I'd be happy with a size 10 in today's sizes. I was a size 8 once before gaining so much weight-so I think the new sizes are larger?--my daughter wears a 2 or a 4 or something like that and her measurements seem close to the size 6 or 8 of the 1950's and 60's. Am I wrong?

Size 14.
I've dropped from a size 24 to a size 16....and my goal is in sight (and hopefully it will include being a size 14 as well!)

I would love to get down to an 8 again. I looked fabulous at that size, though I didn't realize it at the time. Although, it would be nice to fit in a 6 at one point in my life. I am an 18/20 now.
