take ou garlicy chese bread. no , it is not low in calorie, but i ate it slower then normal and started getting full so i have leftovrs,

tuna sandwiches )7 spices in them. Chicken soup add 1/2 potato and 1/2 chicken Brest to leak rice noodles purple potato and hand full of frozen and some free carrots ( the potatoes were free. Spice for Tomato with egg pooched in it to take camping.

Wine is not bad for you I take a vitamin that has (resveratrol I can not spell) the good stuff from wine if I have not had a glass for a while. It has good effects on relax for me. More than most of my pills, Finger vegies with a small piece of chees and rice cracker and a healthy snack.

i was really tired so i slept in too long today. I hurried when i ate most of the time today so i did not savor anything. i sid not mindlessly much so i stayed in my calories.

Got Red Hale peaches at the Farmer's Market today. They are so pretty and fuzzy and they smell incredible. The juice runs down my chin. It's sweet and sticky. It's just wonderful. I am making 3 peach pies and 2 fresh peach pies-where the peaches are raw and just glazed-for the harvest crew for tomorrow (Sunday night). Shared them with the neighbors and my mom.

The best cure for stressing is to count your blessings...and a long walk won't hurt either!

NY strip steak coated with peppercorns and garlic and added in butter and mushrooms and a splash of Worcestershire sauce and poured it all out onto the plate. Let it rest for 5 minutes and said grace and inhaled the aromas of the meat and the earthy mushrooms. Cutting into the rare meat was amazing. I love Atkins eating and I love how it feels to savor the smells and the textures and finally the tastes of the food.

The best cure for stressing is to count your blessings...and a long walk won't hurt either!

Baked beautiful salmon filets in an orange citrus dressing and steamed broccoli and cooked a pot of long grain and wild rice for dinner for my harvest crew tonight. It was wonderful. First time I've eaten carbs in 2 weeks and the rice was chewy and sticky and went just perfectly with the crunch of the broc and the flakiness of the salmon. I didn't eat until after I fed them and drove home and unpacked the car so it wasn't hot but it was truly tasty! and I savored each and every bite.

I baked an angel food cake for dessert but even though the smell was incredible I did not have a piece. I had some juicy strawberries and gave the cake the crew didn't eat to my neighbors when they popped in this evening.

The best cure for stressing is to count your blessings...and a long walk won't hurt either!

i had a shocolate bar. i broke it in small pieces and ate it a little at a time. it took about 3 hours for me to eat 1 regular size bar.

OK - I did it - cut the bar into 6 pieces, chewed each one while trying to focus on the plate (my mind wanders furiously if I look around at all the work that needs to be done). That was satisfying : )

Had a late Mothers Day dinner with my daughter and son in law...ate at a chinese resteraunt,,,could not help but to savor...the food was excellent...not only taste but also in the presentation..colorful, creative....it made you want to take your time..

organic roasted salted pepitas... i love these. they are so good. my grocery store had the bulk stuff on sale this week $2 off any $5 purchase. i love the sale as a chance to try something new. i measure out 1/4 c to take to work. the salt and crunch are so yummy
