yes- so far. Though I am quite hungry when following my meal plan.

It may be time to change plans. I see my doctor tomorrow and will discuss.

I want to do other things right now- I want to start working (I have the day off today) but instead I ate mindfully. It's amazing the pull of ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to take me away from focusing on what and how I'm eating.

I really like this forum and reading what everyone posted.

My first goal is to loose 10% of my starting weight. Baby steps.

on friday out sup brought in free donuts. i had 1. then i refused to allow myself to have anymore.
did not have the same success on monday. i ate junk all day at work. i came home and did a good intense workout before supper. i like exercising, but i can not use extra excuse to shovel more food in my mouth.

For the most part yes... but I've been lacking in the fruit and vegetable department. My meals have been consisting mostly of Carbs and Protein. I will be going grocery shopping on Monday and will stock up on the fruit & veggies then.

On a better note, most of the "naughty" food is out of the house emoticon Phew!

nope. we had free breakfast at work. they allowed us to go for seconds. i ended up not eating lunch because i was so stuffed. i went for a quick walk outside instead to help digestion

I did not at breakfast, but I did at lunch, though I was very hungry. I did a body scan before I ate, and one after. Normally eating = anxiety, but today, after my 1/2 sandwich, I am feeling not hungry/not full, but relaxed. I have no idea why.

yeap, trying and relearning .. holy heck its not easy .. when u got not so much healthy stuff to eat and the good stuff all gone eaten by kids .. so trying new things every week and try to over stock the good stuff .. i had to return stuff at store as i put things on cashier thingy .. in order costly stuff meat , school stuff for kids lunches snacks , then veggies and then furits and extras last .. tht extras would be healthy stuff for me as its hard to make sure u have enough for a whole week for kids and such.. how does anyone do it . with the rising cost ..

Rice and beans yesterday kale, and baby mixed greens.
Today raw protein in carrot, apple, tangerine juice. Oatmeal with fruit, green salad.

eating mindfully has led me to becoming a vegetarian. I have been a vegetarian for nearly 3 months now. Just being aware of where my food comes from has led me to come to this decision.
