I have been practicing eating breakfast mindfully for some time now. Just need to move to snacks, lunch and dinner always, not occasionally.

I tried but it is a real challenge for me to remember to do it.

I am 6'1".
Starting Weight (10.1.13) 327
Lowest weight: 207 reached 7.6.15
Gained back 55 or so pounds and now getting back to it.

Yes. I always have time to sit down to slowly and mindfully eat my breakfast. The other meals I sometime have to eat in a hurry or on the go. I have planned healthy snacks and meals for those times.

I ADORE this topic! I grew up with 3 brothers and you had to eat fast if you wanted enough food. I have been eating beyond satiety quite a bit lately so joining this team today...HELLO, adresses my mindless gorging. Today, I have mindfully eaten today

yes- so far. Though I am quite hungry when following my meal plan.

It may be time to change plans. I see my doctor tomorrow and will discuss.

I want to do other things right now- I want to start working (I have the day off today) but instead I ate mindfully. It's amazing the pull of ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to take me away from focusing on what and how I'm eating.

I really like this forum and reading what everyone posted.

My first goal is to loose 10% of my starting weight. Baby steps.
