No, lost my Mom 2/23 and I've not been home since. Have given myself a huge pass on nutrition and fitness tracking. I'll be home tomorrow and I'm looking forward to getting back to my sp lifestyle.

yes, but only because I faithfully track my food in the food tracker and plan ahead (ie bring food and snacks with me everywhere). I can't remember the last time I had to buy something for lunch.......
