I got my problem solved. I called the phone number that was on my email confiration of my order and was able to get my SP certificate added.
They said my order should be shipped today....can't wait.

Help...I'm trying to use my Spark Certificate and I'm having a problem. I set up my payment method and then I tried to put in my code and it keeps telling me it doesn't exist or it has expired and it hasn't.
Any suggestions?

**UPDATE** I called the customer service number and they took the code over the phone and applied it to my balance. It was super fast, and the customer service was FABULOUS!!!

I just pre-ordered the book, and received my $20.00 coupon, but when I went to check out, it never took my coupon code. I now am less $20.80 in my bank account and still have my coupon which is what I wanted to use originally. Is there any way to correct this?
