I've been looking to buy some T-shirts, but they are usually out of stock or the size isn't available. Is this a common problem?

Last night I ordered the 2011 Calendar, magnet, Smart Portion Prep Kit, and Monthly Tracking Calendar with Stickers and I can't wait to get it. My Husband promised to buy me a shirt from the store. Do you make sweatshirts for the holidays or even sweatshirts without collars? I would be very interested. Will you be having more things for the holidays?

I had been debating with myself for months about ordering the food prep kit. I decided to buy it for myself for my birthday and started using it last week. Portion control seems to be my biggest problem and I am amazed at how wrong I was when I just "guessed" at amounts. I've never had a food scale before and this one is so handy and easy to use. I measured my cereal into one of the small bowls this morning. They have graduated markings on the side so I can see exactly how much to take. I'm retired, so don't need to pack a lunch, but I think they would be wonderful for anyone who does. I really like this item and keep the cutting board on the counter and the bowls close by in a cupboard so it is all very handy. My weight loss has been very slow, but I'm hoping to make more progress as I continue to use this well designed new tool.

I also bought a water bottle, the fitness starter set (which I should use more often than I do) and "The Spark" book which I highly recommend. All of the products I've purchased so far have been of very good quality.

You are right I purchased one too and the Spark wasn't on either I was hoping it was. But I needed an pedometer.

I must say I am a bit disappointed in the fact that I received the Pedometer that I am going to give as a gift and nowhere is the word Spark or SparkPeople mentioned. I had hoped it would help to pass the word about SparkPeople but alas..I guess not. At least it will help promote healthy habits.

Since day 1 of m,y spark journey i have put $1 in my save a dollar a day. I have reached my first goal 25 pounds down. That is why i decided to join this team to get feed back on what helps. .
I would like a DVD for winter that i can move to. I am looking forward to buying workout clothes that will take the washing machine often.
I definitely need a good water bottle. Stainless but light with a good clasp. and on and on. I am just starting to look at the merchandise. Waiting to get to a smaller size.
Hope they have really good jogging bras they are so hard to find. Pat in Augusta Maine,

Rita - A good idea on purchasing when you reach goals. I may have to go browsing.

I like my purple "I finally lost it" t shirt the best. People always ask what I have lost and I get to tell them about spark! Now I just need a little holder in the shirt for spark cards LOL

My other favorite item is my capri pants - so comfortable! And stretch for exercise.

I purchased 3 or 4 spark t-shirts and love to wear them to promote Spark People, who have made such a huge difference in my weight loss. I am interested in purchasing more products as I have the resources to do it. This is one of the rewards I give myself for hitting goals.

I was like a kid in a candy store when I ordered!
I bought all Coach Nicole's DVDs---they are great! Sometimes I need a 10 min. workout to get me in gear! I love the idea of a stetching dvd!! I would buy that!!!

I also got the balance board. This year I won't be standing and walking around a classroom of 3rd graders. I will be sitting most of the day working with small groups of children. I have a friend who has a similar balance board that she keeps at her office. She says that it really works your core as you sit all day. I can't wait to try it at work!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that daily calendar. I keep it in my kitchen and can't really get a kick out of tearing off a page to see what's next. PLEASE offer that every year!!!

I received my shirt and wore it for the first time today. It says 100% pre-shrunk cotton but has anyone put theirs in the dryer or should I just line dry it.

The Vibrams look totally comfy! I checked out their site.. wondering if they'd be good for just daily errand running stuff &/or walking 3-4 miles a day? Heck, I might just buy a pair to wear around the house!

My experience is that the V-neck racerback runs extremely small, yet the Bamboo shirts are pretty forgiving (both sleeveless and long-sleeved), not to mention extremely comfortable. The small fits me well. The racerback, on the other hand, runs extremely small, and has a tight stretch, kind of like an ace bandage around your chest. I ordered small - no way. Then purchased medium, which is still tight but doable. The woo hoo shirts run pretty large, but that's as far as I've gotten in shirts. I also love Coach Nicole's DVDs. Congratulations on your own success!

I have the SparkPeople Cardio Blast dvd and SparkPeople Fit,Firm, & Fired Up! dvd which I am using regularly for short bursts of fitness and to keep my workouts mixed up. Coach Nicole is easy to follow and you are sweating at the end of those workouts!

I was wondering about the sizing of the tees since I am a 40DD and was interested in the wicking tees. Suggestions on sizes? Plus could Coach Nicole offer another dvd that is based on stretching workouts?

This would be a great supplement to follow up anyone's cardio routines. Since there are so many stretches out there and most of us get stuck in the same stretching routine. I would most definitely buy it and one for my mom.

emoticon I used to have toe socks, and didn't like them. In my profile picture, I'm actually wearing running shoes. They're called Vibrams FiveFingers, for people who use the strength of their own feet in running (versus running shoes with built-in supports, which led to my current injuries).

These are comfortable!

emoticon FLO1126. I especially love the Bamboo shirts, long-sleeved and short-sleeved. They are accurately sized. The racer V-neck runs REALLY small, though (I cannot fit the one I ordered, and the sizing charge was unavailable through Spark's store that day.) Be sure to check the sizing charts before ordering. Sizes really do vary between the items.

Have fun!

I've purchased so much over time, I'll definitely participate as soon as I can. I was thinking it might be helpful to photograph and share sizes, so people get a sense of what fits (they vary by shirt).

I got the grey spark people wicking shirt as my fitness center rooms leave me "glowing" after exercise! Works really well and washes well.

The nice thing is that several people have asked me about the shirt and seemed really interested. I've handed out all of the cards that came with it! emoticon

I got a thermos steel water bottle that is terrific.

In terms of water bottles, I would recommend the ones from Contigo. They are leak-proof, well-designed, and BPA-free, of course. Their coffee travel mugs are great, as well. I've also seen water bottles that have their own filters built in, which seem nice, too, but I don't know who makes them.
