Thigh Dancing is tough.
I don't get my hiney very far off my calves, but like Tanya says - EFFORT COUNTS.
I am shuffling P57, Cathe, and Element Barre Conditioning.
Cathe is to have another barre segment in the X-Train series.

I won't be starting it until Jan 5.
Depending on the workouts - I still intend to incorporate P57 in throughout X-Train.
I don't want to lose the benefits I'm finding for my joints.
No hip pain -
No knee pain -
No shoulder pain -
Not that I had exaggerated pain ever, but there was subtle pain in those joints - especially the left hip (which I'd injured years ago) when doing straight up gym-style workouts over time.
I don't get any of that with P57...and a real good muscle-work too.
