I'm excited to check those links out later - although I KNOW I won't be able to do the pretzel ...yet - maybe in a month? I don't know at my age! (53)

I wish P57 would release the workouts on dvd that they have on their website for download! Someone asked on Facebook but they said that they had no plans to do so.

Truly - the time flies by doing P57.

Here is a P57 DEMONSTRATION for The Pretzel, which is my nemesis.
It might continue on through all 8 P57 exercise clips. If not - just go to the P57 You-Tube station and they are all there.

Wow - Terri - you rock!

I really need to do 2 workouts in everyday in order to get the results I want. You are inspiring me to make the time to do it. My soon to be 18 year old DD did the Arms/Abs workout with me yesterday and LOVED it. She liked that they kept it moving and changed up the workouts every little bit - she said, like so many others, that she was amazed at how quickly the 30 minutes went, even though it was a tough workout.

I put the boosters together for an additional 60 minute P57 workout.
I do thighs/seat first then arms/abs.
It's invigorating.

Thanks for the links, Terri - I listening to the reviews as I surf the web. It's very encouraging and motivating! The Tayliegetsfit link recommends it as the best workout ever. I'm going to check on her updates to see if she continues to do it and what her results are - although she is about 30 years younger than I am!

I am so hooked on P57 now - just waiting to see some results but I'm sure they will come if I keep at it - QVC - I need that 57 workout!!!!!

Rainy day in central Ohio - but perfect for doing a workout at home! emoticon emoticon

We will be so pumped and ready for XTrain if we continue to push hard and be consistent!

Update - just finished the Arms & Abs workout - I was practically crying during most of it - but OH do I need it! I was just groaning at how fat my old lady arms look - well, doing this workout should take care of them! Wow - what a fantastic workout!

Workout was great.

Here is a You-Tube page referring to P57. Reviews, clips, outtakes (they are funny)Ö
Itís so nice to preview as much as possible. I am not Ďattractedí to so many instructorsÖthey have voices that annoy me, or are off beat, or look more model than instructorÖor Ö. Blah blah blah blahÖ.
Preview is helpful - saves me money in the long run.

Dee checked out the downloads a bit more. They are only good for 24 hours - which beat the cost of a class - so a dvd is still the way to go unless you want to preview them before purchase.

I was feeling a little sluggish on Saturday after a busy day so I really got motivated again to workout after checking out the P57 facebook page. Thanks for the reminder, Terri! I did the Full Body 30 minute express Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. I can't wait until my 57 minute workout gets here - I am soooo hooked!

I love mine. Have the entire set (with an extra Seat/Thigh which I loan out)
It was basically free with the set -- so rather than spend extra - I just got the basically free-to-me video.

This has been rest week and I'm eager to get back to my workouts tomorrow.
I'm doing Circuit / Barre alternating.
Tomorrow will be a Cathe Circuit - Probably The Gauntlet Workout

FitArtist - I think QVC has the best deal on Volume 1 - it gives you 4 dvd's...I will probably end up ordering Vol 2, which has one of the same workouts as QVC's Volume 1 but for the same price, I figure I can loan out the extra one to my sister or co-workers that want to try it. Physique 57 website also has a free try it for 30 days.

I have had PH57 for over a year, but haven't done the workouts much. I started up with CHAZ in preparation for the XTRAIN challenge in January.

So far I have done the 30 minute express (Wednesday) which is brutal and the arm/ab workout (Thursday) and I am still feeling them today.

I love the idea of "bodyweight" exercises. They do use weights for the upper body... very challenging.. I should be a lot stronger by January! emoticon

Thigh Dancing is tough.
I don't get my hiney very far off my calves, but like Tanya says - EFFORT COUNTS.

I am shuffling P57, Cathe, and Element Barre Conditioning.
Cathe is to have another barre segment in the X-Train series.

There is a group that is starting X-Train as soon as it comes...I stickied that thread. It's under the Challenge Forum:

I won't be starting it until Jan 5.
Depending on the workouts - I still intend to incorporate P57 in throughout X-Train.
I don't want to lose the benefits I'm finding for my joints.
No hip pain - emoticon
No knee pain - emoticon
No shoulder pain - emoticon

Not that I had exaggerated pain ever, but there was subtle pain in those joints - especially the left hip (which I'd injured years ago) when doing straight up gym-style workouts over time.
I don't get any of that with P57...and a real good muscle-work too.

I'm one of the Cathe Fans doing P57 to get back into shape to ready myself for XTrain! I'm so excited for both programs. P57 is killing me but feels so good - I need this kick in the pants. I've had it for 2.5 weeks and see little changes in my lower abs but am patiently waiting for more changes.

The thigh dancing is so hard for me - anyone else? Either I lack coordination or flexibility...
