I have been SOOOOOO bad. I was down to 187 in August, working out twice a week for a few months. Then I went out of town and since then I have been horrible. I'm not working out, I am eating anything, and I am up 5 pds (8 as of today but I ate a lot of salt- they will be off in a few days).
HELP!

Confessing my sin of eating out at a Delicious place for fathers day dinner. I don't even want to know the grand total of calories consumed... My husband and father had a great evening and i went for a nice walk after. Will be starting out fresh in the morning.

Okay we had a family birthday last night and tradition is a take out tea, it was Kentucky Fried Chicken! for once a brought a salad and felt quite satisfied. Seeing others with greasy fingers pleased me to think i had made a great choice. I did however knibble a handful of crisps with dip but nothing like I used to........

TAMPAMOM23 this was a great idea! I have some sins to confess. On Friday there was a potluck at work, and I gotta tell you, those people know how to cook! I don't even know how many calories I ate, but as I managed to consume 780 calories worth of cookies I'm sure my total intake would make me cringe. In addition to that I went and had some drinks with a friend at night. My drinks came with fries. Yesterday I ate healthy foods, but still managed to consume a little over 2700 calories. Over the last two days I've gained 4.5 lbs, but I plan to get back on track today. That was decadent couple of days!!

Longhorn is a delicious steakhouse where I indulged in 2 cokes, some honey wheat bread, a ceaser salad, filet mignon and loaded baked potato.

lol what is "longhorn"??? sounds interesting!!!...

I have sinned by eating a heavy tea tonight, A baked potato with skin on with a mince, & tomato bolognaise type topping, with a bit of grated cheese on top..

I know i will regret having such a heavy meal, If my tummy doesn't start screaming during the night, i know the scales will in a few days :(

** I had been so good, i haven't had potatoes for ages, but its coming up to grocery day & there wasn't much else left....Ugh sigh...

I confess, for I ate a pack of reeces pieces today that I really didn't need.
