With the summer months soon upon us, start planning ahead. Think of ways to incorporate fitness and more fresh fruits into your daily routine/diet. How about planning a hiking or camping vacation to enjoy the outdoors, especially if you have never done so. Summer means the best of melons and tropical fruits. Incorporate some mangoes or papaya into your daily menu. Start juicing or try making some homemade salsa. Refer to the great recipes that are on this site for ideas.
