I use Jeff Galloway plans. You can find the outline online. Personally I understood his method much better after I got a one of his books. Used his plans for 10 half marathons and 3 marathons.

I am using Hal Higdon, I think it is the Novice 2 plan. I am going to use him for my Marathon training as well
