Also on Dr. Chanh's site - www.trantiendiet.com he says that you can buy protein powders in bulk - but if you do, be sure to check their nutritional values against the IP products. EAS seems okay as I'm sure other quality powders are too.
I just started this and right away discovered how inadequate my "one a day" vitamin really is! I'm ordering suitable ones today - either IP ones or another comparable product.
Thanks for the tip on the Lindora products and on the link to 3 fat chicks. There is a lot of information posted there!
Love and peace.

I have tried Lindora and products from Nashua. This morning I found another site where similar products can be ordered from. It is called Doctors Best Weight Loss. Also a website that is full of information is called 3 Fat Chicks. Here is a link to the Ideal Protein message board: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/ideal-pr otein-diet-236/ Hope this helps!
Hello everyone! I'm restarting IP, and was semi-successful with it before. I had trouble getting in my water, and got really bored with the food. I didn't really like any of the food, except for the cappucinos and vanilla puddings. I went off of it for the holidays. The one thing I really hate about this diet is the cost! Anyone try doing this with alternatives? If so, what brands of shakes and bars have you tried?
