I'll add my few miles to the mix. Doing the HCG diet to redistribute fat so don't have all that much energy until Sept. 17 when I can add more food!

As you know, we blew our August team goal of running 1,400 miles totally out of the water!!! We collectively ran 1630 miles last month. The Jeff Galloway Training for Any Length Race Team Rocks!!!

Each month, I adjust the goal based on last month's total. So.....this months goal will be 1,650 miles! I know we can do it! September is a great month for running as the weather gets cooler. It will be great/
