Not sure I'm up for a challenge yet. Recovering from a bad cold that's kept me from working out. I think that tonight might be my first workout in 5 days. I'm still congested but otherwise feeling better.

Hey guys, thought I would throw this invitation out your way. Thre is a winter challenge starting shortly with teams competing against each other. A challenge team is usually not as dead as this one has been as members are expected to participate daily and post fitness minutes and compete in other challenges.
I have been on a few of these challenge teams and always like the competitive aspect as well as the fact there is more activity and team support. If you are into this, check out the link below
The chat level varies with the season. There is also the guys over 50 team which has seen some postings recently.
I'm about to begin my after Christmas eating plans. Been dramatically dropping the sugar. Will probably go off grains for a month or so, which will help as well. Up the vegetables (love them) and such.
Nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels!
