Sorry to crash your group, but I knew this is where I could find an active community of men, which is exactly what I am seeking. I am writing a story for SparkPeople about men who do Pilates as part of their fitness routine. If that is you and you're interested in being included or interviewed for the story, please comment on this post. The types of questions I'll be asking are:
-What other fitness activities do you do besides Pilates?
-How has Pilates benefited you?
-Why do you think men are intimidated by or not interested in Pilates?
-Why should men do Pilates?
Thanks so much!
